ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the entire records in connection with the FIR registered in Crime No.6 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 506 (i) of IPC and Section 7(1)(1) of PCR Act, 1955 on the file of respondent police and quash the same.

1. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that in Crime No.6 of 2014, the 1^st respondent police completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.156 of 2015 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.
