PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying direct the respondents 1 to 4 to carry out a thorough enquiry to be conducted into the affairs of the Company Call Express Construction (India) Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U45201TN2006PTC058525) through Serious Fraud Investigation Officer under the Companies Act, 2013 as well as other applicable laws by appointing an Inspector having expertise in unravelling corporate frauds under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs in furtherance of petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2019.

The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2019, wherein the petitioner has ventilated the grievances seeking enquiry to be conducted into the affairs of the Company Call Express Construction (India) Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U45201TN2006PTC058525) through Serious Fraud Investigation Officer under Section 212 of the Companies Act, 2013.

In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation dated 26.02.2019, there shall be a direction to first respondent herein to consider the case on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
