The petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2019.

1. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had preferred a complaint against Mr.Parthiban, Sub Inspector of Police, attached to Nellikuppam Police Station, for having committed acts of misconduct in colluding with the accused and also demanding illegal gratification from the petitioner. Despite the complaint having been given to the respondent on 15.04.2019, no action has been taken by the respondent police till date, thereby warranting this Court to file this petition, seeking for the above relief.
