For Petitioner:Mr. J.Jawahar for Mr.K.P.Anantha Krishna For Respondent : Mr.K.Srinivasan, Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw this Criminal Original petition seeking liberty to file a proper petition before this Court and he has also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect.
2 Mr.K.Srinivasan, the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI Cases) appearing for the respondent would submit that a memo had been filed on behalf of the Zylog Systems Private Limited, represented by P.Srikanth/A-4 in this case ; whereas, this petition has been filed by P.Srikanth, in his individual capacity as A-3 before this Court.
3 In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a proper petition afresh. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
