This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer M.C.No.8 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court of Erode to the file of the Additional Family Court of Coimbatore to be heard along with HMOP.No.1201 of 2013.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the maintenance case in M.C.No.8 of 2015 has already been disposed of by the Family Court, Erode.
3.According to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that nothing survives in the matter for adjudication, and this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
