This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482
Cr.P.C. to call for the records and quash the proceedings as
against the petitioner in C.C.No.34 of 2015 dated 05.11.2014 on
the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif-cum
Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District for
the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 352, 166 and 506(i)
of IPC.
