PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to transfer the M.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No-I, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur ''District'' to the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram ''District'' or to some other Court which is having some Jurisdiction.
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the M.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No-I, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur District to the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram District or to some other Court.
- It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner died on 18.03.2017 and the copy of the Death Certificate is also produced before this Court.
- In view of the above,the proceedings have abated and accordingly, this Criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
