The above petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner vide order dated 27.11.2018 made in Crl.MP.No.13550/2018 in Crl.A.No.616/2018.
2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State who would submit that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court without any default.
3 In view of the above, the condition imposed vide order dated 27.11.2018, is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in three months on the first working day, commencing from August 2019, pending appeal.
4 The petition is ordered accordingly.
