Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.2949 of 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners in C.C.No.338 of 2017 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Poonamallee, Chennai pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition No.2949 of 2019.
