1. On being satisfied with the reasoning given in the petition and in

continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 08.05.2019, the

petitioners are permitted to surrender before the Trial Court, within a period

of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

1. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 08.05.2019

passed in Crl.O.P.No.12410 of 2019, shall remain intact.

1. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
