This Court by order dated08.08.2019, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/towards the arrears of maintenance to the credit of M.C.No.23/2018, before the Family Court, Namakkal within two weeks from that date of receipt of a copy of that order.
2 The Copy of that order has been made ready on 13.08.2019, till today, the petitioner has not complied with the directions of this Court.
3 In view of the above, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non compliance and consequently, Crl.RC.SR.No.35367 of 2019 stands rejected.
