2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court, dated 06.06.2019, made in W.P(MD)No.12866 of 2019, has been complied with and the order of suspension was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated into service.
