The petitioner filed this contempt proceedings alleging wilful non-compliance of the direction issued by this Court. 2. According to the petitioner, though sufficient evidence was produced to indicate that Mr.E. Sankarnarayanan is his close relative, the same was not taken cognisance by the Revenue Divisional Officer.
