2019 after hearing both the parties that when the innocent purchasers had purchased the land covered in the notification, such innocent purchasers, as per the G.O.Ms.No.649, Revenue Department dated 29.7.98 and also the subsequent G.O.Ms.No.565, Revenue Department dated 26.9.2008, are entitled for the benefit of regularisation of the land covered by the urban land ceiling proceedings. Subsequently, by various orders, when the respondents have denied the benefit of regularisation granted in the aforementioned Government Orders to the settlees on the ground that the settlement deed cannot be considered, this Court extended the benefit of the aforementioned Government Orders to the settlements that have taken place during the same period.
