The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent produced photographs indicating the debris and wastage dumped in the open site adjacent to the petitioner's residence has been removed except a small portion where there is a tree which, according to the contemnors, will be removed in due course and the entire vacant site has been levelled and got clear.
