This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay
of 468 days in re-presenting the C.R.P.SR.No.60303 of 2018.

- Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed accordingly.
