representatives as appellants 3 to 6 herein. They are the widow and two daughters and one son.

- In view of the fact, that they have existing right to continue the
appeal and step into the shoes of the deceased 2 nd appellant and also on
hearing the learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is allowed.
