This is a petition to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.125265 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, he may

be permitted to file a counter, otherwise for the prejudice caused to the respondents, this petition can be allowed on terms.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing

for the respondents and after having gone through the reasons cited by the petitioners for such delay, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that, the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) as costs to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents directly, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
