The instant appeal has been filed challenging the award dated 07.01.2011 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour-II, Chennai in W.C.No.227 of 2010.
- The only ground for challenge in this appeal is that under the impunged award, interest has not been awarded to the Appellant, who sustained injuries during the course of employment.
