In the above appeal suit, orders were passed on the basis of the joint memo of compromise filed before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre at High Court of Madras, Chennai.
2.By an oversight, orders were not passed permitting the appellant/plaintiff to take refund of the Court fee paid. Hence, the appellant is permitted to take refund of the Court fee paid in view of the fact that the issue has been settled before the Tamil Nadu
Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
