This application is filed to set aside the exparte order dated 06.08.2019 passed in C.S.No.908 of 2000.
applicant/defendant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff.
3.Citing typographical error in the cause list and non-printing of the present counsel on record, this application is taken out to set aside the exparte order passed by this Court on 06.08.2019.
4.Without adverting to the merits of the case, in order to give an opportunity for the defendant/applicant, who has filed the written statement and due to transfer of the case bundle to the City Civil Court from the Madras High Court and to re-transfer the case bundle to the Madras High Court Original Side, the exparte order passed on 06.08.2019 is set aside on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- payable to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras on or before 18.12.2019.
