The applicants seek permission to withdraw the original petition with liberty to file it later.

Mr.K.Harishankar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has also no objection for this application being allowed.

Considering the reasons in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the fact that the applicant will be hugely benefited because of the amendments that had been made in the Tamil Nadu Courts and Suits Valuation Act 1955 by the amending Act of 2017, this application is allowed with liberty to withdraw the original petition and file it later. The original Will of Smt.Nagalakshmi Viswanathan is directed to be returned to the counsel for the petitioners.
