4.From the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is not clear as to whether the petitioner has come within the zone of consideration within the candidates, who suffered from visual disability. Furthermore, it is not clear as to whether any other candidate has secured higher mark than the petitioner in the Teachers Eligibility Test and weightage mark. However, the petitioner's case is that his candidature has been put in cold storage. In this regard, a representation has been given to all the respondents on 20.04.2018 and the same was sent by the speed post on the day itself and within seven days, the petitioner has approached this Court without even waiting for a reasonable time for the authorities to act upon the said representation. When such being the factual position, this Court is not inclined to issue any positive direction, but taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a physically challenged person, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a representation to the third respondent along with a copy of this order and the third respondent, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ receipt of such representation, is directed to consider the same and send a suitable reply to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
