PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in the proceedings No.6656/E1/2014, as illegal in respect of treating the period of out of employment from 06.02.2015 to 30.09.2015 (237 days) as leave on loss of pay and consequently to direct the respondent No.3 treat the period from 06.02.2015 to 30.09.2015 (237 days) as duty period with all service and monetary benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.
