PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.AA 1.5079/2014, dated 03.03.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to transfer patta in favour of the petitioner for the property situated in S.No.157/7 of Mandabasalai Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the registered sale deed dated 15.02.2013, by the competent Court within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
