When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents produced a communication of the Executive Officer, Nilakottai Panchayat, dated 09.04.2018, which indicates that the unauthorised construction in encroached land has been removed on 07.04.2018.
2.In view of the same, no further orders is required. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
