PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and to give necessary protection to conduct the “Cock Fight”at Pidarampatti Village, Melasivapuri post, PonnamaravathyTaluk, Pudukkottai District from 03.11.2018 to 05.11.2018 at about 09.00 am., to 05.00 pm., in every day of Sri Nambi Nachiamman Temple situate in our Pidarampatti Village, Melasivapuri post, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the representation dated 26.10.2018.

3.The police is directed to call the petitioner for an enquiry and take appropriate decision in this regard by today (02.11.2018).
