PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent No.1 from conducting further enquiry in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5889/2018/P1, dated 31.08.2018 with regard to the property in old survey No.119/1 new number 135/10 and new sub division number 135/14 in an extent of 1386 square feet situated at Thenoor 1st Pit village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai till the disposal of the civil suit pending before the Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk in O.S.No.66 of 2018.
