The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the undated impugned declaration passed by the fourth respondent in respect of “FRD 69, Nambuthalai, Vinayagar Nagar Women's Cooperative Society, Nambuthalai, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and to quash the same and for further direction to the respondents.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the entire election process is over and the elected persons have taken charge. These persons are not before this Court.

3.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983.

4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
