without going into the merits of the case projected by the petitioner either in his representation dated 20.01.2018 or in this Writ Petition, directs the respondents 3 to 6 to find out as to whether any steps are being taken to ex-communicate the villagers and there is a likelihood of any law and order problem and if so, take appropriate action in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken in that regard to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
