Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1^st respondent to enquire the quality of road laid by the 2^nd respondent at Palayamkottai and Sathankulam in the year 2017 & 2018 respectively and further not to award any new contract work till completion of the enquiry with regard to quality of work carried out by the 2^nd respondent and pre qualification required under the tender condition based on the representation dated 02.08.2018.
