The learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to give detailed explanation with supporting documents to the impugned proceedings. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to submit their explanation to the impugned notice within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not touched on the merits of the matters. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
