PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned communication issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Nil dated Nil and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (History) in pursuant to the call letter issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Memo No.2555/A2/2009 dated 30.4.2010 without reference to the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) in conformity with the decision rendered by the Division Bench of this Honble court vide its order dated 9.7.2013, in Rev.Application No.139 of 2012 & W.A.No.2121 of 2012 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
