PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 15.3.2017 by the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to discharge the petitioner's property for the recovery of tax arrears as per the impugned notice dated 15.3.2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioners had given a letter dated 17.1.2018 to the Registry seeking to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Today, when the case is called, a similar request is made and an endorsement is also made to that effect.
