This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the regular sanctioned post of Office Assistant in the 4th respondent School from the date of appointment i.e. on 28.02.2018 and to make the payment of salary with all consequential service benefits.
2.When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent has already approved the appointment of the petitioner and submitted a copy of the proceedings dated 21.03.2018.
3.In view of the proceedings dated 21.03.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent granting order of approval to the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
