ORDER
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Customs Department as well as the Joint Director of Foreign Trade are necessary parties and that the prayer sought for needs to be amended. Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with amended prayer. She has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.
