PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Proceeding B2/63/2012 dated 22.11.2013 and quash the same and consequently pay the scale of pay of Rs.15,600-39100+AGP Rs.7000 continuously.
