PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to comply with the orders passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.E/5858/2012 dated 03.08.2015 within a period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent to comply with the orders passed in proceedings Na.Ka.No.E/5858/2012 dated 03.08.2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners state that all the petitioners are the casual labourers initially appointed and served for considerable length of time and based on the length of services the writ petitioners have approached the Labour Inspector for grant of permanent status. The Labour Inspector adjudicated the matter in accordance with the provisions of the Act and passed final orders vide proceedings dated 03.08.2015, awarding permanent status to the writ petitioners in the first respondent Board. The grievances of the writ petitioners are that the said award passed by the Labour Inspector has not been implemented and the benefits are not extended to the writ petitioners. Thus, they are constrained to move the present writ petition.

3.In this regard, the writ petitioners submitted several representations and finally, on 15.12.2017, all the writ petitioners were submitted their representations to the third respondent.

4.Under these circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioners on 15.12.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the writ petitioners are directed to enclose copies of the representations and all relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. -s/d- Assistant Registrar
