Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents from in anyway interfering with the petitioner's right to continue quarry operations and transport granite from Government quarry lands measuring 1.60.5 hectares, comprised in Sy.No.131 and 31/1 situated in Thadadam Village, Genjee Taluk, Villupuram District till the disposal of the petitioner's renewal application dated 21.09.2005.
