PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records, pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings No.SO/NLC Ind Co/489/2004, dated 17.8.2004, and quash the same, and direct the second respondent to absorb the petitioner as a Permanent Worker from the date on which the petitioner's junior was absorbed, with all consequential and other attendant benefits considering the petitioner's Date of Birth as 30.10.1956.
