The relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondent, their representative and men from carrying out any work such as laying road or drainage in the property comprised in S.No. 113 (Paimash No. 910,911) situated at Adambakkam Village, Alandur Taluk, Chengalpet District measuring an extent of about 10,353 sq.feet.
3.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication
needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this
writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed
of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is
closed.
