Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to prohibit the 6th respondent and his men from mining and quarrying “Savudu/Gravel” at Survey No.492 of Sengarai Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District and to conduct an enquiry under Section 36(h) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959 to initiate action on violation of conditions of permit granted in favour of 6th respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.78/2015/mines dated 04.01.2018 by the 3rd respondent herein as indicated in representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2018.
