Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying
to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all the records relating to the Order in Ka.No.002162/361/Ni.Pi.2/U.2/Ko.Va.Ve/Karuthuru/No.546/96 dated 04.07.2001 of the second respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide compassionate appointment to the petitioner's second son Mr.Saravanan due to the death of the petitioner's husband.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S. Karuppiah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that since the Petitioner's second son Mr.Saravanan has got employment elsewhere, he is not pressing the Writ Petition, filed seeking for compassionate appointment to the Petitioner's second son in the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
