Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the first respondent Committee and the order passed by the first respondent committee vide Rc.No.8/PSFDC/PC/2010 dated 07.05.2010 and the consequential press release issued by the first respondent in press release No.677 dated 11/08/2010 and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner School and to Collect the fees fixed by them for the academic year 2010-2011.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication, in this writ petition.
