Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 3.08.2017 bearing reference Lr.R.No. 11989/S4/2007 and set aside the same as being arbitrary and illegal and consequently directing the respondents to forthwith enforce conversion and issuance of driving licences and registration certificates at the Regional Transport Offices of Chennai (South), Cuddalore and Sivagangai in a Ttme bound manner through the petitioner and until such time to issue formal orders of extension of the contract agreement dated 04.10.2008 in accordance with and as permissible in law in terms of the petitioner's requests contained in its representations culminating in the final representation dated 04.05.2017. to complete the quantity set out in the tender terms.
