The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the respondent to provide educational loan to the petitioner within the stipulated time prescribed by the Indian Bank Association and to pay a sum of Rs.3,15,000/(Rupees three lakhs and fifteen thousand only) for pursuing her B.Sc Agricultural course for the academic year 2016 – 2020.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner's educational loan application has already been processed by the Zonal Officer of the respondent Bank and the petitioner may be directed to approach the concerned authority to get her relief.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court, directs the Zonal Officer of the respondent Bank to pass appropriate orders on the
