Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to
direct the first respondent to re-check and review petitioner's
answer sheet for the subject of Multi-core Architectures and
programming and for consequential orders.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the
learned counsel for the respondents state that the request of
the student has been acceded and the student got pass. The
learned counsel for the respondents has also circulated a letter
of the first respondent dated 28.08.2018 before this Court to
that effect.
2 Recording the submissions made by the learned
counsel for the petitioner as well the respondents, nothing
survives in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is
closed as infructuous. No costs.
