Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent herein in No.L-12012/68/2013-IR (B-II) dated 29.07.2013 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to refer the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner for adjudication before the labour court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition and has made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
