Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to
direct the first and second respondents to recover the
sanctioned Horticultural loan amount a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-
from the 3 rd respondent and to hand over the same to the
petitioner and also direct them to take appropriate legal
action against the 3 rd respondent.
