PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to recover the dues said to be payable by the petitioner from the second respondent by issuing recovery notice in terms of Section 87(b)(i) of the Finance Act, 1994.

It is seen that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition in W.P. No.18810 of 2018 wherein the proceedings issued by the Service Tax Commissionerate has been challenged.

Hence, the above writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions raised in this writ petition in the other writ petition filed by the petitioner. No costs.
